Child Safety & Underage Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

teeze is an adult service with a single, absolute boundary: it exists only for adults, and it must never be used to create, request, or spread anything that sexualizes a child. This policy explains that commitment, how we enforce it, and how we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the authorities. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and there are no exceptions to it.

1. Adults only — a strict 18+ floor

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to access teeze. The Service is intended solely for consenting adults. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the Service, and we will terminate any account we learn belongs to a minor. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors; if you believe a minor is using the Service, tell us immediately at hey@teezeai.com.

2. Zero tolerance for the sexualization of minors

We have a single, non-negotiable rule that overrides everything else on the Service. You may not create, request, prompt for, solicit, describe, upload, share, or attempt to generate any content that:

  • sexualizes, or is intended to depict in a sexual manner, a minor (anyone under 18) — whether real, fictional, or AI-generated;
  • depicts, describes, or refers to a character who is, appears to be, is stated to be, or is made to look, sound, or behave like a minor in any sexual or intimate context;
  • uses "age-play," "school," "little," "barely legal," or similarly youthful, childlike, or age-regressive framing for sexual purposes;
  • attempts to make any character look, read, or act younger than 18 in a sexual context, including through age, body, clothing, setting, or role cues;
  • constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), promotes the sexual exploitation of children, or seeks to obtain, trade, or normalize such material.

This rule applies regardless of whether a character is described as fictional, "actually" an adult, a non-human, or of an invented age. If a request reads as an attempt to sexualize a minor, we treat it as prohibited.

3. No real people, no uploads — only AI-generated fiction

Every character on teeze is a fictional adult generated by artificial intelligence. The Service does not depict, and is not built from, any real person. Users cannot upload images or other media — the only content you submit is text (chat messages and a short profile bio). This means there is no pathway for real-world photographs or videos of any person, let alone a minor, to enter the Service. Any attempt to describe, reconstruct, or coax out the likeness of a real minor is strictly prohibited.

4. No circumvention, jailbreaks, or workarounds

You may not attempt to evade, disable, trick, or "jailbreak" our safety systems, age gate, or content filters, and you may not coax, role-play, encode, or otherwise manipulate the AI into producing any content that violates this policy. Framing a prohibited request as fiction, hypothetical, coded language, a "test," or a creative exercise does not make it permitted. Attempting to bypass these protections is itself a serious violation and will be treated as an attempt to produce the prohibited content.

5. We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities as required by law. Where we identify apparent CSAM, we report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline and preserve related records as required, consistent with our obligations as a US electronic service provider. This is a definite commitment, not a discretionary one.

We also cooperate with law enforcement. We will respond to valid legal process, preserve evidence, and provide information to NCMEC and to law enforcement agencies as permitted or required by law to support the investigation and prevention of crimes against children.

6. Reporting a concern

If you encounter anything on teeze that you believe sexualizes a minor, or any behavior that may endanger a child, report it to us immediately at hey@teezeai.com with as much detail as you can safely provide (for example, the character, the conversation, and when it happened). Reports are reviewed and acted on with priority. Do not save, copy, or forward any suspected CSAM yourself — report it to us and, where appropriate, directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

7. Enforcement

We use automated filtering and review, where appropriate, to detect violations of this policy, alongside user reports. Any violation results in immediate and permanent termination of the account, with no refund, and we may preserve evidence, ban the user from the Service, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities as described above. For our broader rules, see our Acceptable Use Policy.
