This Privacy Policy explains how King Dolo Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "teeze") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our adult AI-companion service. We take the sensitivity of this Service seriously and have designed it to collect as little about you as possible.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

We process:

  • Account data — the email address you register with, a hashed password, and account settings/preferences.
  • Content you type — your chat messages and a short profile bio. You do not upload photos or videos; the only content you submit is text.
  • Usage and preference data — which characters you interact with, credits/subscription status, in-app preferences, and how the Service is used (pages viewed, referral source), collected by analytics we host ourselves and used to operate and personalize the Service.
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser information, and cookies or similar identifiers needed to keep you signed in, secure the Service, and prevent abuse (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Payment data — because payment is in cryptocurrency (USDC), we process transaction/wallet information necessary to confirm payment. We do not collect card numbers.

3. Sensitive data and your consent

Because of the nature of the Service, your activity — the characters you choose, the conversations you have, your preferences, and the attributes you select for a companion — can reveal sensitive information about you, such as your sex life or sexual orientation. We process this information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you create an account and confirm you understand the adult nature of the Service, and solely to provide the Service you have asked for.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by requesting deletion of your account or contacting hey@teezeai.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may mean we can no longer provide the Service to you.

4. Why we process your data

  • To provide the Service — run chats, generate images, and remember your characters.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To keep the Service safe and lawful — abuse prevention, age confirmation, and enforcing our policies.
  • To measure and improve the Service — using first-party analytics we host ourselves; no third-party analytics providers are used.
  • To communicate with you about your account and essential service messages.

5. AI processing and your messages

To generate a character's replies and images, your inputs are processed by our own AI systems together with third-party AI model providers acting on our instructions under confidentiality obligations. Character images are produced by AI models we host and operate ourselves; chat replies are generated by our AI systems working with third-party AI model providers.

We do not sell your personal data. We select and configure our providers under terms that restrict use of your content to delivering the output you request, so that your conversations are not used to train their models. We may use de-identified or aggregated interaction data — stripped of information that identifies you — to monitor, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Who we share data with (processors)

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with vetted service providers that process it on our behalf under written contracts requiring confidentiality and appropriate security safeguards, including:

  • Hosting & infrastructure — secure cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Content delivery & storage — a content delivery and storage provider
  • AI processing — AI model service providers
  • Payment processing — our payment processor

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service, and in connection with a corporate transaction (with notice where required).

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

8. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • Account & content data — for as long as your account is active; deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account deletion, except where we must retain limited records longer.
  • Transaction records — retained as required by applicable tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws (typically 7 years).
  • Abuse/safety logs — retained for a limited period to protect the Service.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell your personal data or use it for targeted advertising. You may have additional rights under your local law.

To exercise any right, email hey@teezeai.com. You can request deletion of your account at any time from settings or by emailing us; we delete your chat history and profile data subject to the retention rules above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. Security

We host the Service on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, strict access controls, and data minimization. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

11. Children

The Service is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has used the Service, we will terminate the account and delete the data.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and notified where required.
