1. You are talking to AI, not a human
The "characters" you chat with are AI personas. Their messages are generated automatically in real time by our AI systems, working together with third-party AI model providers under confidentiality obligations. There is no real person on the other side of the conversation, no performer, and no human reading or replying to your messages as the character.
2. The images are AI-generated
Every image on the Service is produced by AI models we host and operate ourselves. The people depicted do not exist — they are fictional, computer synthesized characters. No photograph or video of any real human is used or displayed.
3. What this means for you
- AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or fictional. Do not treat anything a character says as fact or as advice (see our Terms).
- Characters do not have feelings, memories, or knowledge of the real world beyond what the model generates; any "relationship" is part of an entertainment experience.
- Similar prompts may produce similar results for different users; output is not guaranteed to be unique.
- You should never make important decisions based on what a character tells you, and you should not share sensitive real-world information you wouldn't want processed by an AI system.
4. How your input is used
The text you type (chat messages and your profile bio) is processed by our AI systems and by third-party AI model providers to generate responses and imagery for you. We select and configure these providers under terms that restrict use of your content to delivering output to you and that do not permit them to use it to train their models. 5. No real people; record-keeping exemption
