Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and King Dolo Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "teeze", or "the Service") governing your access to and use of our adult AI-companion website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only (18+)

The Service contains sexually explicit, AI-generated adult material and is intended solely for adults. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that it is lawful for you to access adult content where you are located. We may use a self-attestation age gate and may suspend any account we reasonably believe is held by a minor.

2. What the Service is

teeze provides interactive AI companions: AI-generated text chat and AI-generated images of fictional characters. All characters, personas, and imagery are computer-generated works of fiction. The Service does not feature real people, real performers, or user-uploaded photographs or videos. See our AI Content Disclosure and 18 U.S.C. 2257 Exemption Statement for details.

3. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person, one account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, nor create an account on behalf of anyone else.
  • You must notify us promptly at hey@teezeai.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Without limiting it, you must never use the Service to create, request, or solicit content that sexualizes minors or any person who is or appears to be a minor, to depict real, identifiable people without authorization, for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to bypass our safety systems. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. Credits, purchases, and payments

  • Certain features require credits or a subscription. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency (USDC) only.
  • Purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew. A subscription grants access for a fixed term and simply expires at the end of that term unless you buy again.
  • Prices are stated at the point of purchase. You are responsible for any blockchain network ("gas") fees and for sending the correct asset on the correct network. Crypto transactions are generally irreversible; we cannot recover funds sent in error.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. License and ownership

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms. We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, its software, models, and brand.

Generated content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, and to the extent we are able to grant such rights, you may use the images and chat output generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection and similar prompts may produce similar output for other users; we make no representation that any output is unique to you. You may not use any output in a manner that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or that misrepresents AI-generated content as real or as depicting a real person.

7. User submissions

The only content you submit is text — chat messages and a short profile bio. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process that text solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for what you type and must not submit unlawful content or content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. AI; no professional advice

You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human. Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, offensive, or inconsistent, and is provided for entertainment only. It is not advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise). Do not rely on it as fact.

9. Geographic restrictions and sanctions

The Service is not offered everywhere. It is not available where adult content or AI-generated adult content is unlawful, in certain U.S. states that impose age-verification or licensing requirements we do not support, or to persons or regions subject to applicable sanctions or export controls (including, without limitation, comprehensively sanctioned territories). You are responsible for compliance with your local laws, and you may not access the Service using tools intended to circumvent these restrictions.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected unlawful activity, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as, for some consumers, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved.

For users in the United States

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, seated in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
  • Class-action waiver: disputes will be brought only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of class proceeding.
  • Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hey@teezeai.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Where mandatory consumer law prohibits forced arbitration or class-action waivers, those provisions above do not apply to you to the extent prohibited.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived under the mandatory law of your place of residence.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate (including the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy), are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect (severability). Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, notified to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
