Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do on teeze. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. The Service is for adults and produces fictional, AI-generated content — these rules exist to keep it lawful and safe. Breaking them can result in immediate suspension or permanent termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

1. Zero tolerance: no minors, ever

This is our most important rule and it has no exceptions. You may not create, request, prompt for, solicit, describe, or attempt to generate any content that:

  • sexualizes, or is intended to depict in a sexual manner, a minor (anyone under 18) — whether real or fictional;
  • depicts a character who is, appears to be, is described as, or is made to look or act like a minor (including "age-play," "school," or deliberately youthful or childlike framing) in any sexual context;
  • attempts to make any character look or behave younger than 18 for sexual purposes.

All characters on the Service are fictional adults. Any attempt to circumvent this rule will result in immediate, permanent termination, and we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other authorities as required by law. 2. No real or identifiable people

  • Do not attempt to create sexual or intimate content depicting any real, identifiable person (including celebrities, public figures, or people you know) without their authorization.
  • Do not use the Service to produce non-consensual intimate imagery, "deepfakes," or any likeness of a real person intended to harass, defame, or humiliate.
  • Do not impersonate any real person or misrepresent generated content as real.

3. No illegal or harmful content

You may not use the Service to create, request, or promote content that:

  • depicts non-consensual sexual activity presented approvingly, trafficking, or sexual exploitation;
  • depicts or facilitates bestiality, incest involving minors, or other content unlawful in the State of New Mexico, USA, or any applicable jurisdiction;
  • promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or serious physical harm to others;
  • violates any applicable law or any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

4. No abuse of the platform

  • Do not attempt to jailbreak, bypass, or disable our safety filters, content moderation, age gate, or other protections, or coax the AI into producing prohibited content.
  • Do not scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract content or models from the Service, or use bots/automation to access it without permission.
  • Do not probe, attack, overload, or interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its output except as expressly permitted.
  • Do not use the Service from a restricted jurisdiction or via tools intended to evade geographic or sanctions restrictions.

5. Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP — including any apparent depiction of a minor or a real person used without consent — report it immediately to hey@teezeai.com. We review reports and act on them.

6. Enforcement

We may use automated and human review to detect violations. Depending on severity, we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate your account (with or without notice and without refund where permitted), preserve evidence, and report to authorities. Our decisions are made at our reasonable discretion to keep the Service lawful and safe. Serious violations — especially anything involving minors — result in immediate permanent termination.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time; the current version always governs your use of the Service.
