Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This short policy explains the cookies and similar local-storage technologies teeze uses. We keep them to a minimum and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

1. What we use

  • Essential / authentication — session and security cookies (and a CSRF token) that keep you signed in and protect your account. The Service does not work without these.
  • Age confirmation — a long-lived preference (pc_age_ok, stored as a cookie and in your browser's local storage) that remembers you confirmed you are 18+, so the age gate isn't shown again on this browser.
  • Functional preferences — local storage used to remember in-app settings and improve your experience.
  • Measurement — a first-party random identifier used to understand aggregate usage of the Service; it never leaves our infrastructure.

2. What we don't use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, ad-targeting pixels, or cross-context behavioral-advertising trackers. We do not sell your data.

3. Analytics

We measure how the Service is used with our own first-party, self-hosted analytics. No third-party analytics provider receives your data, and we use no advertising or cross-site trackers. This relies on a random identifier stored in your browser that stays within our own systems.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the Service. Clearing the age-confirmation value will simply make the 18+ gate appear again.
