Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the teeze affiliate program operated by King Dolo Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). They are a plain-language draft and will be finalized by counsel before launch. By applying to or participating in the program you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't join. Questions: hey@teezeai.com.

1. Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
  • Applications are reviewed by hand. We may approve, decline, or suspend any affiliate at our discretion. Approval is required before earnings are paid out.
  • One person or entity, one affiliate account.
  • You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and you may not present yourself as speaking for or acting on behalf of teeze.

2. Your account & links

  • When you apply you receive a unique referral code, a personal ref link (?ref=CODE), a short link (/r/CODE), and a private dashboard secured by an access token. Keep that token secret — anyone who has it can view your stats.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account details — including your payout wallet address — accurate and up to date.

3. Commissions

  • Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you earn a revenue share, 40% by default, of the amounts your referred users actually pay us for subscriptions and coin packs. Some affiliates are instead placed on a flat pay-per-signup rate. Your live rate and model are always shown on your dashboard, and we may adjust them prospectively (see §9).
  • On the revenue-share model, commission is computed on each completed purchase and rounded to the cent per purchase. On the pay-per-signup model, you earn a fixed amount for each attributed signup regardless of whether that user later buys anything.
  • Commissions accrue only on completed, non-refunded, non-fraudulent payments made by genuine users. We compute all amounts on our servers; our records are the source of truth for every number and for any dispute.

4. Attribution & tracking

  • A user is "yours" on a first-touch basis: the first affiliate whose link brought them to us and who is recorded at their signup gets the attribution. Attribution is one per user and does not transfer between affiliates.
  • Only genuine signup-time attribution counts. We attribute a referral only for a freshly created account, apply basic click-deduplication so refreshes and floods don't inflate your numbers, and refuse self-referrals — you can't earn on your own account or accounts you control.
  • Tracking data recorded by our systems (clicks, attribution, and purchase records) governs all earnings and any dispute.

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are made manually in USDC on the Base network to the wallet on your account. Keep that address correct — crypto sent to a wrong address you provided cannot be recovered.
  • There is currently no fixed minimum payout. Payouts are processed manually on request once a balance is owed, or periodically at our discretion. We may introduce a reasonable minimum or a set schedule in future, with notice.
  • We may hold, delay, reverse, or claw back amounts tied to refunds, chargebacks, or suspected fraud or abuse. Only legitimately earned, non-reversed commissions are payable.
  • You are solely responsible for any taxes on your earnings. Payouts are made gross of tax; we do not withhold on your behalf unless required by law.

6. How you may promote

  • Promote honestly. No spam, no misleading claims about teeze or its content, no impersonating teeze, and no bidding on our brand terms in paid search unless we agree in writing.
  • No incentivized, bot, or fake traffic; no self-referrals; no cookie stuffing, click flooding, or other manipulation of tracking. You may not earn on your own account or on accounts you control.
  • Follow all applicable laws and platform rules, including advertising and adult-content rules. You are responsible for any disclosures required where you promote. Never promote to minors or in places that prohibit adult content, and never misrepresent the nature of teeze's AI companions.

7. Fraud, clawbacks & suspension

We may withhold or claw back commissions, and suspend or terminate your account, for any breach of these terms or any activity we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to teeze or its users. Where an account is suspended, new clicks and signups stop being attributed to it. Attribution and click data recorded by our systems govern any dispute.

8. Term & termination

Either party may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason. If you leave or we end the program while your account is in good standing, any legitimately earned, non-reversed balance owed to you will be paid out in the ordinary way. We may withhold amounts connected to a breach, refund, chargeback, or suspected fraud. On termination you must stop using your links and the teeze brand.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or the commission structure going forward. Material changes will be posted here; changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned on completed purchases. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.

10. Program provided "as is"

The program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee any particular level of traffic, conversions, or earnings, and we may modify, pause, or discontinue the program or any feature of it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the program is limited to commissions legitimately owed to you but not yet paid.
